About Philip Herman, LL.B.

Philip holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Toronto. His focus is on commercial purchases, sales, and leasing. For 13 years he was the Executive Vice President of RFR LLC, one of Manhattan’s largest privately held development and investment companies. As the Executive V.P. in Manhattan, Philip was involved with the acquisition and development of numerous commercial properties. As an example, we have listed just four of these under our website heading Portfolio/Commercial Properties.

Prior to New York, he practiced law at WeirFoulds LLP (in Toronto) and was in-house counsel at Loblaws. Philip was also a former Board member of the Toronto Home Builders Association (now called BILD).
