This neighbourhood near Highway 401 and the northly end of Avenue Road is a not-yet discovered enclave bounded by Wilson Avenue on the south, Bathurst Street on the west and the westernly branch of the Don River on the north and east boundaries. There are several municipal parks located in the Armour Heights area. It consists of many young professional families and has excellent transportation. The housing consists mainly of renovated single-family detached homes and also the mansions on the ravine side of Sandringham Drive. It has easy access to Highway 401 and the Avenue Road and Wilson Avenue buses which connect to the Yonge University-Spadina subway system. There are large variety of stores and restaurants along Avenue Road within easy walking distance.
