Welcome to Lawrence Park South
An up-and-coming exclusive neighbourhood in Toronto
Lawrence Park South was one of the first planned garden suburbs in Toronto, beginning during the 20th century and fully developed after World War II. In 2011, it was considered the wealthiest neighbourhood in Canada. Growth was slow, where homes were medium in size and located on narrow but deep lots. The neighbourhood is beautiful, situated around the Toronto ravine system, parks, and rolling hills.
Most residents own multiple properties across Ontario. The homes in Lawrence Park South are of different architectural styles, such as Colonial, Georgian, English Cottage, and Tudor Revival. Most homes in the neighbourhood were built between 1910 and the late 1940s. However, more recently, parts of the neighbourhood have experienced redevelopment, featuring larger homes in the same styles.
