50 Gramercy Park North embodied a new generation of elite cosmopolitan living with luxury condominiums enhanced by all the benefits of a five-star hotel. Located adjacent to the legendary Gramercy Park, New York City's only private park and a rare urban gem, this evolutionary concept was originally operated by our partner, hotelier Ian Schrager. With the assistance of architect John Pawson and famed interior designs by the noted artist, Julian Schnabel, luxury private residences and a hotel were created. Originally two buildings, separated by a courtyard, were reconfigured and reconceived to provide an unprecedented level of luxury service.
